Is it Possible to Apply for Multiple Canadian Immigration Programs Together?

Canada offers more than 100 economic class immigration programs to choose from, it’s likely to qualify for more than one Canadian immigration program. therefore, it also raises the question of whether you can apply for further than one program at the same time or not. Possibly you can qualify for Express Entry, still, don’t inescapably wish to cross your fingers for invitation to Apply (ITA), as that base Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) looks more intriguing – indeed if it’s a long process. The question is whether you can apply for both or not.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) suggest one may go ahead with two operations at formerly, still, they’ve to withdraw one before a decision can be made on the other and one must also know that they won’t admit a refund on any processing freights paid. In a case, where the seeker has applied alternate operation while an earlier operation is in action, both of them will be reused through their separate processes until the final decision is made on one of the operations.

The Immigration and Refugees Protection Act and Regulations don’t circumscribe multiple operations from being filed in the economic stream. Although, before concluding one of the operations, the immigration officials must guide the seeker that they should withdraw the other operation. also, while multiple operations will be submitted, the seeker must also be conservative that no refund on the processing freights will be offered for the other operation once processing has been initiated.

One Can Have Only One Express Entry Profile

Canadian immigration regulations don’t permit one to have more than one profile at a time. The IRCC easily states that having more than one profile won’t offer a better chance of being shortlisted, nor permit one to be invited under another program. One may, include their common- law mate or partner on their Express Entry operation. Every operation that goes through Express Entry has a top aspirant (PA), who’s estimated through the Comprehensive Ranking System and gets a score. The top aspirant ( PA) is permitted to add the partner and dependent children to the operation.

While applying as a couple, only one of the mates can be the Dad. The couple can elect which mate can be the PA as long as both mates stand eligible for at least one runner Entry- managed program. This rule is essential as one of the mates will surely have a advanced CRS score than the other.

Having an Express Entry profile in the pool doesn’t promise that they will admit an Invitation to Apply. One may admit an ITA if the CRS score fulfills the minimal cut- off in a given draw.
