Applications for provincial nomination are invited by Ontario, British Columbia, and Manitoba.

Ontario, British Columbia, and Manitoba have sent invitations to apply to candidates through their most recent rounds of provincial nominee program (PNP) draws.

Except for Quebec and Nunavut, the majority of Canadian provinces and territories manage their own PNPs. Through these initiatives, interested candidates may be invited to submit applications for provincial nomination. Getting a provincial nomination might be helpful if you want to become a permanent resident.

105,000 PR admissions each year are attributable to the Provincial Nominee Program. (PNP). The yearly PNP admissions rate started to rise substantially in 1998 and has continued to do so. It is seen as a useful tool by both the provincial and federal governments for fostering economic growth outside of urban areas.
